Kunming Old Building Museum Tour

The school was established during the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China period as an institution for training military talents. Many generals such as Zhu De and Ye Jianying graduated from here. Later, many instructors at the Guangzhou Huangpu Military Academy, founded by Sun Yat-sen, were also alumni of this school. The entire academy is square-shaped with a playground in the center, surrounded by classrooms and dormitories. In addition to the Jiangwutang History Museum, there is also the Expeditionary Force Memorial Hall, known as an important place for patriotic education, and it is free to visit. Not far from here is Cuihu Park, a municipal park in Kunming. The experience here was more than just a visit; it was a special time to feel the history and patriotism of the Chinese people. Walking through the historic buildings of this school, which trained Kunming's military talents, I felt their footsteps and had the opportunity to experience the breath of history up close. Visiting this place along with the nearby Cuihu Park allows for a deeper understanding of its beauty and significance.
