The eel is softer in texture, and the advantage is that it doesn't have many bones! 🐮Slow Cooked Sealed Willow HK$92 Maybe because it was slow cooked so the texture of the sealed fillet was really soft and the sauce was delicious! However, the portion felt less, the boys should feel not full enough! ▪️Rice▪️ 🍚Mintaiko Rice (+HK$8) At first I was afraid that the mint would be too salty, but the bite was lighter than I imagined!
