The Nanzen-ji Temple, a famous spot for autumn leaves, can be accessed from Keage Station on the Kyoto Subway.

First, start from Keage Station. Exit from Exit 1 and head northwest along the road. You will come across a tunnel called 'Nejirimanpo,' which is a great first photo opportunity. After passing through the tunnel, head towards the Suirokaku Aqueduct. The Suirokaku is a brick arch bridge that is still used for water supply and hydroelectric power.
