Kyoto was absolutely stunning and wins the hearts of millions

I visited Kyoto and Tokyo both from late December to early January. It was my first time visiting Japan and i was really excited. I started off my journey in Kyoto for a round 5 days then to Tokyo later for 3 days. I chose to prioritise Kyoto as it preserves the Japanese cultural heritage and old historical buildings. Uji, Takashima, Osaka, Nara are nearby cities that are easily accessible with the local public transport system. I went to visit many beautiful local shrines and the touristy ones. Kinkakuji, Onjo-ji, Ueno Park are must goes in Kyoto. #japantrip #newyearnewtrip
