I recently had the pleasure of staying at Meritus Pelangi Beach Resort & Spa in Langkawi, and it was an unforgettable experience. The resort is a true paradise, seamlessly blending traditional Malaysian architecture with modern luxury. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring our check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The spacious room offered breathtaking views of the beach and was equipped with all the amenities we could ask for, including a comfortable bed, a well-appointed bathroom, and a private balcony where we enjoyed stunning sunsets. The resort grounds are beautifully maintained, featuring lush tropical gardens and two expansive swimming pools. We spent many hours relaxing by the poolside, sipping on refreshing cocktails from the pool bar. The beachfront location is perfect, with pristine white sand and clear turquoise waters, ideal for swimming or simply lounging. Dining at the resort was a culinary delight. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options ( even prosecco 😉), catering to all tastes. We also enjoyed exquisite dinners at the on-site restaurants, which offered both local and international cuisine. The seafood was particularly exceptional, fresh and flavorful. For relaxation, the spa at Meritus Pelangi is a must-visit. The serene atmosphere and skilled therapists provided a rejuvenating experience that left us feeling completely pampered and refreshed.
