A One-Day Tour Guide to Taihang Mountain

1. Start from Xingtai and take the Taihang Mountain Expressway to the Grand Canyon. The scenery along the way is also beautiful. 2. Buy tickets at the entrance of the scenic area for 140 yuan. With a teacher's certificate or student ID, it's 100 yuan (includes tickets for Peach Blossom Valley, Taihang Sky Road, Wangxiangyan, and the shuttle bus up and down the mountain). 3. First, take the bus to the entrance of Peach Blossom Valley. You can get off and hike into Peach Blossom Valley, walking all the way up to the transfer point for the Taihang Sky Road shuttle bus. Alternatively, you can stay on the bus and go directly to the transfer point. 4. Transfer to the Taihang Sky Road shuttle bus, which goes all the way up. There are three viewing platforms along the way where you can get off to take photos and then wait for the next bus. 5. At the top of the mountain, there is a café where you can take photos for free, and there is also a sky corridor, which is a paid attraction. 6. After taking photos, queue up to take the bus down the mountain. You will transfer at the Peach Blossom Valley exit to the shuttle bus back to the scenic area entrance. Around 6 PM, you can take the bus directly back to the entrance without transferring. 7. The tour is friendly for the elderly and children. There is no mountain climbing involved, but the shuttle bus goes along winding mountain roads, which can be thrilling. Hold on tight and sit properly. It's best not to take out your phone for photos as sharp turns might cause it to fly out. 8. You can visit Peach Blossom Valley and Taihang Sky Road together. The ticket is valid for 48 hours, so you can visit Wangxiangyan the next day. It's said that you need to climb the mountain, so we gave up. 9. If you plan to climb Wangxiangyan the next day, you can stay in Shibanyan Town at the foot of the mountain. The night view is nice, and there are many homestays. If not, you can drive back to Linzhou City.
