1️⃣Location. Wugong Mountain is located in Pingxiang County, Jiangxi Province. Most parts of the country can reach Changsha and then transfer by high-speed rail, less than half an hour. 2️⃣Transportation. After arriving at Pingxiang Station, there is a bus to the entrance of Wugong Mountain Scenic Area, 35 yuan per person. You can also choose to carpool, generally 50 yuan per person. About 60 kilometers. 3️⃣Season. The season to go to Wugong Mountain is very important, different seasons have different scenery. The best season is from the end of May to before the National Day, this is the green Wugong Mountain. After the National Day, it starts to turn yellow, and the yellow Wugong is also good. It starts to snow in December, and many people like the white Wugong after the snow, and the sea of clouds is high, but I personally think the scenery is not very good. 4️⃣Wild donkey or official channel. The fame of Wugong Mountain itself is due to the discovery of outdoor donkey friends. There are multiple outdoor hiking routes, currently mainly Shenzi Village and the straight through and reverse line of Longshan Village, generally two days. There are outdoor teams walking in Dongjiang Village, which is equivalent to reducing a section of the reverse line starting from Longshan Village, suitable for beginners. The official channel is very simple, just go up directly from the main entrance of the scenic area. 5️⃣Cable car. Wugong Mountain has cable cars at both ends. Like many scenic spots, the first section is recommended to sit and the second section is not recommended. I personally do not recommend staying in the tent of Baihe Peak, it is too noisy on the wooden board. 7️⃣Food and drink. Instant noodles on the top of the mountain are 20, mineral water is 10, the overall price is very high, if you can bring your own self-heating rice, it will be very cool. It is recommended to bring your own cup, there is drinking water available, 2 yuan for 500ml. 8️⃣Photography. The best time to take pictures is naturally at sunset and sunrise, when the green waves are rolling all over the mountain, it is very beautiful, there is a lightning rod pavilion that many people miss, it is worth taking pictures here. 9️⃣Equipment. There are no mosquitoes on Wugong Mountain in summer, but there are many stink bugs, this is unavoidable. If you have a good quality trekking pole, you can bring it, otherwise it is better to buy a bamboo pole for 2 yuan.
