Recently tried this $528 meal for two, quite rich! Japanese and Western flavors are available. For the starter, I chose Japanese style dumplings with sage sauce 🥟 The dumplings are fried to a golden brown and crispy, and the filling is rich and rich. The dumplings themselves were already good, but the highlight was its wasabi sauce – slightly spicy and with a hint of mustard, not too pungent, but instead added a fresh and unique layer of flavor to the dumplings. For the main course I chose tomato and vanilla meatballs thick tube macaroni. The coarse piping macaroni was cooked just right and soaked up the rich tomato-herb sauce. The meatballs are big, the meat is firm and juicy. The portion of this dish is moderate, just right for two people. The main character is pan-fried American Prime beef tenderloin, fried until the outer layer is golden brown and slightly browned, the meat is pink and tender, the oil is evenly distributed, the beef flavor is rich and not too greasy🤤 For dessert, I chose Uji Matcha Croissant Waffle🧇. The waffle looks like a waffle and has a fluffy texture. Served with Uji matcha sauce and matcha ice cream. With the meal, you can choose hot osmanthus oolong tea.
