It is located at 105 Quai des Etats-Unis, 06300 Nice, the nearest tram station is Massena, around 450 meters 6 minutes walk. After this point, is Nice most important attraction Promenade des Anglais, a promenade along the Mediterranean coast of Nice, France. A bike path runs throughout its entire length, and every now and then you run into runners, roller skaters, or other sports enthusiasts. The Promenade also leads to many interesting places and attractions in Nice. There are magnificent parks, fashionable beaches, restaurants, and of course hotels. The sunset from here is marvelous, you can find places to sit in cafes or restaurants, or just like me, standing on the street.
