"Tu Kab Khao, Phuket Local Cuisine" This is a restaurant I highly recommend. Every dish here is delicious. Today, we ordered Stir-fried Melinjo Leaves with Egg, which was quite well-prepared. Another dish we loved was the Fried Pork Belly with Fish Sauce. It was perfectly crispy and had a salty flavor that paired wonderfully with rice. Additionally, they have other recommended dishes such as Moo Hong (braised pork belly), Pomelo Salad with Fresh Shrimp and Minced Pork, and Spicy Cockle Curry.
