Relaxation Retreat

Booked a stay for the grand deluxe room for 10th to 11th June Peach from frontdesk welcomed us, and was very proactive and hospitable to us showing us the rooms that we can upgrade too and ensure we are happy with what we are checking in to. Really chilled well along the pool, and ordered some drinks, the team serving the pool was always serving us with a smile and willingness to help. Housekeeping team were also very friendly all the time. Buggy drivers are the life savers to chauffeur us around the hill grounds. They were also very friendly and always had small chats with them. Breakfast was also very delicious, buffet spread is generous, service team was even more hospitable. Overall stay was awesome!
