Pingnan Xiadi Village, an ancient residence with over 800 years of history, embodies the classic combination of Central Plains culture, rammed earth walls and wooden structures. Thanks to the ancient village renovation activities initiated by Mr. Cheng Meixin, the village has undergone a transformation from its previous decay, restoring its original appearance as much as possible. With its north-facing, south-facing, mountainous and watery environment, the refreshing atmosphere that hits you makes you instantly relaxed and happy. I admire the young volunteers in the village who are so passionate and focused on rural construction and maintenance. The past cannot be retained, but the future is still worth looking forward to.
