A hiking and oxygen-inhaling trip to the back mountain of Qingcheng

If you want to relax, climbing a mountain might be a good choice. I went there in early June when it was raining, but the misty rain made the whole mountain look even more beautiful. The process was also interesting. The back mountain of Qingcheng gave me a feeling of tranquility. At a glance, it was all green, very friendly to my eyes, and I was crazily inhaling oxygen. There are many streams and small waterfalls running through the mountains. Sitting on the Baiyun Cableway and looking at the misty Qingcheng Mountain was like entering a fairyland. My transportation: Departed from Xipu Station at 9:50 Arrived at Qingchengshan Station at 10:30 Turn left out of the station, take the shuttle bus between the high-speed train station and the back mountain Got off the bus at 11:20, had lunch My duration and route: Started climbing from Taian Ancient Town after lunch at 12:00 Took about 3 hours to reach Baiyun Cableway The Baiyun Cableway ride was about 25 minutes Walked down from the cableway, arrived at Taian Ancient Town at 17:40 Went up the mountain via Feiquan Gully, took the Baiyun Cableway, and came down the mountain from Wulong Gully My expenses: Inevitable costs: round-trip high-speed train ticket (20), round-trip bus (30), entrance ticket (20, student ticket 10), one-way Baiyun Cableway (45) Other expenses: buying water, corn, smoked ribs, meals Spent about 170 in total ‼️‼️‼️Some precautions: The mountain paths are narrow, try to avoid going during peak times The roads are quite slippery, wear shoes with good slip resistance The signal in the mountains is not very good, it is recommended to go with others The weather in the mountains is changeable, it is recommended to carry an umbrella and raincoat The higher you go, the more expensive things get, bring some water and snacks The last shuttle bus from the high-speed train station to the back mountain is at 19:30 in the evening, plan your descent time accordingly
