In the old alleys of Qingdao Old Town, China, there is Pichaiyuan Street, famous for skewers. It is a traditional skewers street that has been around since 1902. Since I visited early, not all the stores were open, but I was able to see a variety of skewers, as expected from its reputation. I saw insect skewers that were a bit shocking… and there was also bulgasari that I can’t see in Korea. I tried bulgasari because the store owner recommended it fluently in Korean… . It tasted like rotten crab intestines, so I took one bite and threw it in the trash😢 Don’t take a reckless challenge like me and eat something delicious! The reason I felt patriotic was because there were surprisingly many people soliciting customers in Korean, and the dim sum restaurant called Yuhyanggeo that Chef Lee Yeon-bok visited was very popular, so I saw Korean!
