I stayed over night with family at Sapphire hotel BSD. We booked rooms with connecting door, so we have much time to talks while rest. The rooms were clean with proper amenities. The check-in process was smooth and quick, receptionist and staffs were friendly. The rate of hotel room with breakfast was reasonable. Pondok Sate (satay house) Kambing Muda Pak Saipul can be a good reference if you are looking for Indonesian cuisine sate kambing- the Indonesia name for Goat/Lamb satay (grilling goat meat mixed with seasoning) in South Tangerang, Indonesia. What makes this satay house special is the satay use young goat meat and is grilled in traditional way (using charcoal). The taste of sate kambing here is delicious, and you can choose all meat satay or a combination of meat and fat. Apart from Sate Kambing, Pondok sate also offer Chicken satay comes with lontong (Indonesian rice cake), and sambal kecap (Indonesian sweet soy sauce with chili and shallot), and other dishes made from goat meat. Came back here to try their newest sliders and found out they extended the place! 😍 The 1st floor is now magically transformed into an espresso bar which is very cozy to spend hours working in. The 2nd floor is now more of an intimate spot for slow bar. You can have a nice convo with their baristas here. And of course we also had their sliders, A Tale of Two Sliders, with a side of chips. It really is worth the hype 😋 the meat is juicy and has the perfect amount of seasonings. I had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Santika BSD City. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues! Love the charm of this hotel. Does not give you the routine chain hotel vibe at all. While I did not get there in time to eat at restaurant, have heard amazing reviews on the restaurant. Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple galleries, and have drinks. It was great. Service top notch as always. Bed comfort can not be beat. Overall, I had a great experience with the Hotel Santika BSD City; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. Firstly, the staff members were very friendly, friendlier than some of luxurious hotels we usually stay in. They provide lemon infused water in the lobby, which I thought was a nice touch. I think the Accor group has made significant changes throughout the years. The room was clean, not big but they provide you with your basic needs and more. I thought for the price, it was more than necessary. The only negative thing I could pick was the colour of one of the walls, it was bright orange which I thought was a strange colour to paint in a bedroom, a more relaxing colour would make the room's ambience much better. Stayed here for an entire week due to business event happening at ICE which is just beside the hotel, beds were comfy and toilets were clean. Room cleaning is on point and everything is well maintained. The good side of the hotel is that it's beside ICE so if you have business there then this is the place to stay plus at night it gets pretty quiet so you can be assured of a good rest. The downside is that the hotel being located away from the city just as the convention centre beside it, there isn't many nearby stores or restaurants except AEON mall which is about 15mins walk away, I would recommend you get a grab instead of walking. The room is really good, even the superior room is spacious, nice, well lit, with good amenities, the location also great, but comparing to my other stays before the pandemic, the service is kind of less than I expected for a four star hotel. The staffs are friendly and helpful, however, guess because of the pandemic, it seems that they are under staff. I stayed from Friday - Monday, and when I arrived, there is no one to stand by near the door to help me take out all my belongings from the car. There is this security check post, but it's not being used as well. For the pandemic precaution, they do provide hand sanitizers with adequate numbers in public spaces, the staff also used proper masks and face shields, and they do provide one for the guests when you ask, there is also an automatic infrared thermometer to check your temperature without touching it. Location is top notch. Modern shopping mall is next door, and tons of eateries are within walking distance. First time staying here and it was few months ago. And I love the hotel. Lightning fast check-in and check-out process, no dilly-dallies, just straight to the point in case. The deluxe room is clean and so spacious, more than enough for two. And the bed was super comfy. One of the best sleep I ever had in like last two years. The bathroom also large and spacious with great amenities too. If only they add a bathtub in it, It will be one super bathroom. My stay was too quick. The breakfast was quite awesome. A quite vast selection of menu available. The other great thing about this hotel was the location. It's so convenient and close to almost anything. Little M Coffee is a cafe that friends must visit. The location of this cafe is at Ruko Graha Boulevard and is a bit inside. From the outside it looks small, but the ambiance in this cafe is really really cool. There are 2 floors in this cafe. The 1st floor has lots of painting spots and some merchandise in the form of hangers. The 2nd floor has bookshelves, lesehan, sofa, and an outdoor room for smoking area. The menu they sell is coffee, non coffee, appetizer, main course, and dessert. Because I want to relax with friends, I decided to order my favorite coffee here, the Nutella Latte. Because in terms of taste, it is familiar and easily recognized by the tongue. Nutella Latte prices for Hot (Rp 40,000) and Cold (Rp 45,000) according to your individual tastes. I know it has been mentioned by many people, but I found to mention this again, this hotel has an interesting pool. Do not look for beautiful view, because such pool is surrounded by apartment towers. Focus on the pool depth which suits for a whole family members; for your toddler, teen, even for adult (3 different depth: 20-50 cm, 80 cm and 140 cm). We love the mini water boom, minimalist but functional. The location is side-by-side with hotel restaurant, so you can order food/beverage if you wish. I have no complaint about room, after all this is declared as 3-star hotel which based on our staying experience it considers good. SMS (Summarecon Mall Serpong) is just across the street, you may need to walk about 5 minutes. Another highlight: Ara's breakfast is fascinating, various menu, good taste, help full staff.
