Family Excursion Recommendation! Detailed Guide for a Three-Day, Two-Night Stay in Shanghai Lingang

If you're yearning for a vacation without leaving Shanghai, then I must introduce you to Lingang! I spent a delightful weekend there with my mother and child, spanning over three days and two nights, and discovered a plethora of enjoyable activities! 🚗 Our itinerary was as follows: Day 1: From downtown Shanghai to Lingang Jinjiang International Resort Hotel - Afternoon tea at the hotel - Lingang Science and Technology Library Day 2: Swimming at the hotel - Shanghai Planetarium - Beachcombing Day 3: Dripping Lake - Maritime Museum 🏨 About the hotel: We stayed at the newly opened Lingang Jinjiang International Resort Hotel! Its location is superb, nestled between the convention center and the Science and Technology Library, making it incredibly convenient to reach various attractions. My mother was particularly pleased with this choice. 🌸 Upon entering, we were greeted by a luxurious and lofty lobby design - truly a sight to behold. 🌸 We booked an apartment-style suite🏡, which is perfect for family outings like ours! The room features a spacious❗️spacious❗️spacious❗️ two-bedroom and one-living-room design, complete with an open kitchen and dining area, allowing everyone to enjoy a harmonious atmosphere while maintaining privacy. The room was cozy, giving us a homely feeling, equipped with high-end toiletries, a Dyson hairdryer, and a specially designed children's world that delighted my child to no end! 🌸 You must visit their swimming pool! It's extravagantly decorated! Not only does it have a regular pool, but also a children's play pool, a massage pool, and more! The water temperature is also just right. 🌸 We sampled their afternoon tea and dinner, rest assured, everything was delicious and satisfying. ⛱️ Fun activities include: 1⃣️ Lingang Science and Technology Library: Located right next to the hotel, it's super convenient to visit. This library, devoid of any physical books, houses many technologically advanced interactive exhibits, offering education through entertainment. 2⃣️ Shanghai Planetarium: Remember to buy tickets three days in advance. There are plenty of tickets after the summer vacation, and it's worth a visit. 3⃣️ Shanghai Maritime Museum: Maritime enthusiasts can visit to gain knowledge, although interactive content is limited. 4⃣️ Beachcombing: When in Lingang, you must visit the "Mirror of the Sky". Check the tide times in advance, and avoid going at night as it's not allowed. 5⃣️ Dripping Lake: The scenery is beautiful and leisurely. You can stroll around or camp⛺️, it's perfect for autumn. 6⃣️ If you have more time, you can also visit Haichang Ocean Park, which is great for taking the kids out!
