I visited the Shanghai Film Museum and finally figured it out

The Shanghai Film Museum is located at 595 Caoxi North Road, Xuhui District, Shanghai. It is built on the original site of the Shanghai Film Studio, which was the starting point of Chinese cinema and is now the office of the Shanghai Film Group. The museum has a total construction area of 15,000 square meters, making it one of the larger film museums in China. The Shanghai Film Museum is divided into four exhibition halls. It is a venue that integrates display and interaction, visiting and experiencing, covering functions such as artifact collection, academic research, social education, and exhibition display. The four major exhibition areas are introduced as follows: - First Floor Hall of Honor: From different aspects such as "Centennial Glory," "Moments of Honor," "Birth of the National Anthem," "Brilliant Golden Cup," and "First in Film History," it showcases the outstanding contributions of Shanghai cinema over the past century to the development of Chinese society and historical progress. - Second Floor Film Workshop: Reveals the magical mysteries of film production and creation, allowing visitors to observe and practice the production and creation process of film and television works, and experience the enchanting artistic charm of film as a dream factory. - Third Floor River of Film History: Following the development clues of Shanghai cinema over the past century, it introduces the achievements of Shanghai cinema from six different aspects: "Tracing the Source of Film," "Dream Factory," "River of Light and Shadow," "Eye-Opening," "Classic Dubbing," and "Animation Corridor." At the end of the 19th century, films were introduced to Shanghai. From the 1910s to the 1940s, they took root, blossomed, and bore fruit in this modern city of the Far East, becoming a promoter and disseminator of Chinese culture. - Fourth Floor Light and Shadow Memories: The theme is filmmakers, film scenes, and film screenings, consisting of five parts: "Avenue of Stars," "Stars Shining in the Sky," "Master's Style," "Nanjing Road under the Mercury Lamp," and "Century of Distribution and Screening." The Shanghai Film Museum uses a combination of sound, light, and electricity in its exhibitions to recreate the charm of a century of Shanghai cinema. It is one of the important display windows of Shanghai cinema and even Chinese cinema and has become a new cultural landmark of Shanghai.
