There are also various private rooms, perfect for gatherings with friends and family, Christmas🎄and New Year's dinners, business banquets, and year-end feasts. When we arrived in the evening, the place was packed, with a lively and bustling dining atmosphere. 🍭Secret Spicy Crab The bright orange crab looked incredibly tempting. The crab meat was plump and sweet, with a spicy kick and a lingering sweetness that made it addictive. 🍭Ginger and Scallion Crab They use all female crabs, which are known for their rich roe and sweet meat. The stir-fried ginger and scallions enhance the natural sweetness of the crab. 🍭Golden Fish Roe and Fish Maw This dish is a feast for the senses, and I always order two servings. The large, golden fish roe is incredibly satisfying, with a tangy and spicy flavor that whets the appetite. The fish maw is tender, fragrant, and chewy, making it hard to resist. 🍭Signature Chopped Chili Fish Head This is the best fish head dish in Shenzhen. This time, we had a 14-pound fish head, which was incredibly impressive. If you love fish head, don't miss this dish. It's even better than the ones I've had in Hunan. 🍭Golden Fish Roe and Fish Maw The golden fish roe is spicy and flavorful, while the fish maw is tender and fragrant. It's so delicious that I can't stop eating it, and I always order two servings. 🍭Clay Pot Braised Pigeon This is a Hunan-style take on braised pigeon, with a savory and slightly spicy flavor. The pigeon skin is crispy, and the meat is tender and juicy. The aroma when you tear it apart is simply divine. 🍭Stewed Pig Trotters with Small Potatoes The fresh pig trotters are incredibly tender, rich, and full of collagen. The small potatoes absorb the flavorful oils, becoming soft, fragrant, and delicious. ⭐️Enjoying a warm and comforting meal here in winter is truly wonderful. The menu offers a wide range of prices, and there are plenty of non-spicy Hunan dishes to choose from, catering to different tastes.
