Angkor Wat a breathtaking masterpiece

Best time to go to Angkor Watt is definitely early morning. I got myself three days pass which cost $35. Every day I was waking up before 5 AM, packing my breakfast, getting dressed and riding by bicycle from Siem Reap towards the temple. It took me about 35 minutes to get there from the city centre. The weather is cool in the morning and the ride is very pleasant. Sunrise starts at around 6AM. By the time I was near the lake, it was a getting bright and I could see the sun slowly rising above the temple. There are definitely less people compare to daytime but still there are some tourists to watch this breathtaking show. After the sunrise when the gates are open you can walk around the temple before it gets too crowded and hot. Make sure your clothes covers up your shoulders and knees otherwise you will need to buy sarongs at the nearby shops.
