Beautiful Khmer monument

Angkor Wat is a beautiful collection of temples that date from the Khmer empire. During the tourist season, it can get crowded and you'll need to arrange transport to fully get through the entire complex but it isn't too difficult. Otherwise you can join a tour with a guide, which is enriching as well. Definitely the thing not to miss is the sunrise, which is very magical.
