[Explore Singapore] Singapore Flyer

Singapore Flyer was officially opened in 2008, but I never really felt a need to experience it. I mean, isn’t it just a fancy way to name a Ferris Wheel? 🎡 I only got the opportunity to ride the Singapore Flyer about 13 years later, and only because I had a corporate pass. The entire ride took about half an hour, and when you’re this high up in the air, it’s pretty long. But it gives you ample time to take all the pictures you want in all different angles of the Singapore backdrop, especially if you have the entire cabin to yourself (as pictured). Surprisingly, we had a lot to talk about during our ride. We pointed to a landmark in the distance and shared our experience at the landmark, a la “oh look! That’s where we had our first staycation!” So yes, it turned out to be a nice bonding session. Definitely 💯 for a date. 😉 #singapore #exploresingapore #singaporeflyer #mysgmemories
