Every time I wanted to try @tamagoen_sg, the outlet is always having a long queue. This time, I managed to see it with a lesser crowd and take the opportunity to try the Food here. . I'm pretty impressed by its presentation of the dish especially the Ultimate TKG dishes, with its fluffy egg whites. As you may already know it's a very Eggy concept restaurant, Tamago-EN is a casual egg specialty restaurant and they only use the freshest eggs imported directly from Okinawa, Japan. . Additionally, all their eggs go through a process of UV sanitization for the highest food safety standards, and it is SO FRESH that they can be eaten raw. . The Eggcellent Platter is also a good portion if you're very hungry, the egg looks very orangey, and its not photo-shopped. It's their specialty "golden egg yolk". . Last but not least, I love the Caramel Affogato.. it tastes great altogether! .
