Yoshinoya is a well-known brand worldwide that was founded in Tokyo back in 1899, with beef bowls as their classic iconic dish! This particular outlet in Singapore is located within Bugis Junction and is a very convenient one to visit because it is directly connected to the MRT train station. Since their humble beginnings, they have expanded their menu to include many more options such as salmon and seafood. This dish I always order from the stall is the beef and salmon combo platter, which comes with their signature gyudon and additional salmon pieces and salad.
