Rediscovering Childhood at PlayDate

PlayDate – Unlocking Cabinets of Play at the National Museum of Singapore was a delightful trip down memory lane. This experiential pop-up invites visitors to relive and connect over nostalgic memories centered on toys. It features a wide array of recognizable toys spanning various eras, primarily from the 1980s to the present day. Among the exhibits are miniature worlds showcasing beloved characters, including Barbie dolls, Bearbricks, McDonald’s toys, Toy Cars, Digital Games, Tamagotchi, and many more. For anyone planning to visit, I highly recommend this pop-up exhibition. It offers a perfect blend of old and new, making it an ideal outing for both adults and children alike. #singaporetrip
