While it is not good for picnics, it is a good place to clear the clutter up in your mind by walking among the kept lush. There are seats if you fancy eating lunch there. And it does provide some shade from the sun and heat. Peaceful park with wandering lanes among tropical trees and flowers. Central area with fountain and gallery.
