is not just another fancy lounge, but more of the legendary restauranteur’s way of materialising the special relationship with his grandmother, Ruth Etta Collins. ❤️ The space is designed to be simple and open, akin to an upscale penthouse in New York City - mi casa su casa-style. 🌃 We love how open the space is, where guests can just sit around as though they’re meeting up at a friend’s place. The menu for Etta is more casual as compared to their other concepts, mainly serving up fresh raw bites. 🥩 For the whole of August on weekends, laut.singapore will be taking over the space with their signature Southeast Asian-inspired fare. We had the 𝗧𝘂𝗻𝗮 which is dry-aged and seared. They even made balsamic vinegar popping pearls to add tanginess to the smoky taste. 🐟 The 𝗦𝗺𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻 cocktail pairs well with the Tuna because of its musky sweetness. 🍸 We can’t wait to be back for Etta’s own menu!
