It was designed by renowned architect, Moshe Safdie. Inspired by lotuses, this building has also been termed as “The Welcoming Hand of Singapore” because it resembles a hand with fingers outstretched toward the sky. It has a very futuristic vibe to it, very befitting of its purpose to propagate knowledge and creativity!
