Chinatown is so vibrant. Everywhere is the world there is a place called Chinatown. Here in Singapore it is accessible by train, bus all all public transport. You can choose to alight at Clarke Quay MRT or Chinatown MRT or Outram MRT. The temples are so beautiful that people might mistaken it for soemwhere out of Singapore. I will definitely go there for my LaMian and Jiaozi. Yummy really. Now that covid block our borders, I can no longer visit China 6mthly to satisfy my cravings. Chinatown is my only hope that bridge the missing connection. Most of the buildings here still maintain at it's original state and main and refurbishment done but Heritage still utmost priority. Singapore is surrounded my mordern buildings but we still need to keep our heritage to know our roots... #localhistory #chinatown #heritage #localwalks #localhistory
