Price per Person - $5 Rating - 4/5 O'Brew Culture is a quiet cafe at level 2 at the side of the railings. Easy to be miss as they are at a small area only. But to my surprise, not only do they sells the normal cafe kind of drinks, small cakes, cookies. They even some a small selection of savory food.
