Sudak Fortress

Sudak Fortress is a great example of defensive constructions of 6th century. Now it is a museum and protected by UNESCO. This fortification complex protected the city till 16th century. It was also a very important center of international trade affairs and one of the largest ports in Crimea and in the Black Sea. It’s great to walk there now and observe all the details. Massive walls and windows towards the sea. You will need a couple of hours to explore the whole complex. From this historical place you can enjoy a great sea view.
