Scenic Area Overview - Location: Located in the southwest of Suzhou Ancient City, by Taihu Lake, on Lingtian Road, Mudu Town, Wuzhong District. - Opening Hours: 08:00–17:00. - Ticket Price: Adult ticket: CNY 30. Travel Route - Maple Viewing Route: Enter from the entrance of the scenic area and visit the ancient maple forest at the foot of the mountain first. There are many ancient maple trees here, and the maple leaves change color early, making the scenery charming. Then go to the "Worry First, Enjoy Later" archway to feel the strong historical and cultural atmosphere. Then stroll along the Ten Scenery Pond to enjoy the reflection of maple leaves by the lake, and then visit the maple trees around Baiyun Pond, Water Lily Pond, and Fangsheng Pond in turn. - Hiking Route: The Tianping Mountain hiking trail is divided into three sections: Lower Baiyun, Middle Baiyun, and Upper Baiyun. After entering the scenic area, go up the mountain along the hiking trail. At the first fork in the road, you can go to the tea house and Longmen Yixiantian. There is a spring in the tea house called Baiyun Spring, which was rated as the "No. 1 Water in Wuzhong" by Lu Yu, the tea sage of the Tang Dynasty. Notes - There are many tourists during the peak maple viewing season.
