【Tainan】Parkle Hotel Zhongzheng Branch

Hotel Brown Zhong Zheng branch I chose this hotel because it was reasonably priced and looked clean. The front desk staff don't speak Japanese, but they will explain things to you in English. (Do you want me to call a taxi?, etc.) There was a free snack service from 7am to 10am. Steamed buns, bread, cereal, coffee, soy milk, juice. After going out to eat breakfast, I had coffee on my way back to the room. The room wasn't large, but it was compact and neat, and there was a little bit of repair tape on the TV, and I got the impression that it might take a while for the hot water to boil, but overall it was fine. It was within walking distance of Hayashi Department Store, Tainan Art Museum, Tainan Confucius Temple Cultural Park, etc. It's a little far from Tainan Railway Station, but there's a bus stop nearby, so I didn't need to use a taxi. (I haven't taken a taxi in Taiwan yet...) The U-Bike station and the bus stop were both reasonably close (not right in front of me, though!) which was nice. Amenities include soap, toothbrush, shampoo, body soap, brush, and shower cap. Laundry is open from 10am to 10pm, as indicated on the first floor.
