#wecreate Xing Fu Tang, starting it's business by selling bubble tea with brown sugar, has opened hundreds of branches in the world. The store I visit was at 101 Hangzhou Street, Wanhua District, and is open daily from 1000-2200. A minute walk from Ximen Mrt station (Bannan Line and Songshan-Xindian Line). They features an open kitchen concept where their boba pearls are made. Scope into the cup, after adding milk and cream, the server will add some brown sugar on the top and torched for a while. Now they are expanding into the xiaolongbao market, around 25 meters down the street is the food section. I had ordered the lu rou fan (pork rice), xiaolongbao and meat ball soup, three out of four items they selling.
