'PPM Cafe & Bar' is the second branch of the popular Zhongshan store 'DOUBLE SINGLE.' Located near CTS, PPM boasts an American industrial exterior while hiding Korean and Italian culinary influences. The indoor seating is limited, with a small open bar. Although the menu isn't extensive, each dish is a highlight, making it a place worth visiting. The fried chicken is tender, juicy, and delightful! Instead of traditional pasta, the restaurant uses a noodle similar to knife-cut noodles for their pasta dishes. While this might seem odd to fans of traditional Italian cuisine, I personally love it! The drinks are also generously sized—highly recommended!
