Tokyo Kushiyaki, a Japanese-style grilled skewers restaurant

Tokyo Kushiyaki, a Japanese-style skewers grill restaurant, has opened its first branch in Thailand, bringing the original flavors to us. The restaurant is located in Thonglor Soi 11, designed under the concept of "TOKYO MOON LIGHT", decorated with wood tones and natural patterned materials, and hung with large white round lanterns resembling the moon, beautifully decorated. There are 3 floors of seating in total. On the 1st floor, there are seats in front of the bar, allowing us to watch the chefs prepare and grill the food up close. On the 3rd floor, there is an outdoor area in the style of a rooftop, where you can see the view of the tall buildings in the Thonglor area, and there are also private rooms. The main menu is grilled skewers, with many types to choose from at a very good price, starting at 49 baht per skewer. There are salt-grilled and sauce-grilled options. We ordered a set of 5 salt-grilled chicken yakitori skewers and 5 sauce-grilled skewers. I personally like the salt-grilled version, but my boyfriend likes the sauce-grilled version. Both are actually delicious. If you come, I'd like you to try both and tell me which one you like. Another menu that I'm impressed with and that I've never eaten before is Grilled pork belly wrapped in cabbage. When you put it in your mouth, the cabbage explodes with juiciness. Our eyes widen. It's so delicious. There are 3 types of dipping sauces: jaew sauce, mustard, and chopped green onions with salt. For those who like wasabi, dip it in mustard to add a tangy flavor. As for us, we like the salty, fragrant flavor, so we dipped it in chopped green onions until it was all gone. There are many other menus to choose from. The best ones are Sichuan fried tofu, potato salad with mentaiko and salmon roe. For heavy dishes, there are chicken rice, beef fried rice, curry rice, ramen, and yakisoba. If you're in Thonglor, come and chill. This is a place where you can come and eat alone or hang out with friends after work.
