It was a trip to Timisoara, Romania 🇷🇴 Our day in Timișoara began with a visit to the iconic Union Square (Piața Unirii), where we were immediately captivated by the baroque-style architecture. We spent some time exploring the square’s vibrant buildings, including the stunning St. George’s Cathedral ⛪️ with its colorful frescoes and tall spires. The lively atmosphere in the square, surrounded by cafés ☕️ and historic buildings, provided endless opportunities for photos 📸 I highly recommend visiting in the morning, when the square is less crowded and the soft morning light makes the architecture even more striking. 📍Piața Unirii, 300003 Timișoara, Romania After soaking in the beauty of Union Square, we walked towards Victory Square (Piața Victoriei), one of the most important landmarks in Timișoara. This large, open square is home to the Opera House and The Metropolitan Cathedral, both of which are magnificent and photogenic 😍The grand architecture and wide avenues make it the perfect spot for wide-angle shots 📸 As we strolled through the square, we admired the Romania’s National Opera House with its intricate details. The square is also beautifully lit at night, offering another great photo opportunity ✨ 📍Piața Victoriei, 300003 Timișoara, Romania We also ventured to the Huniade Castle 🏰 , the oldest historical monument in Timișoara. Walking through its cobbled pathways, we were struck by the medieval charm of the castle. The castle’s towers and the surrounding Museum of Banat gave us plenty of chances to take stunning photos 📸 particularly from the outer courtyard where the medieval stone walls framed the scene perfectly 💯 The lighting in the late afternoon is ideal for capturing the texture and details of the castle’s architecture. 📍Piața Huniade, 300003 Timișoara, Romania We also visited to the Botanic Park 🌱 (Parcul Botanic). This lush, green space provided a peaceful retreat from the city bustle and was perfect for a leisurely stroll. The botanical garden is full of flowers 🌺 fountains, and ponds, making it an ideal location for nature photography 📸 We took advantage of the afternoon light to capture the vibrant colors of the plants and the serene beauty of the park ✨ It’s a wonderful spot to relax and take photos of Timișoara’s more tranquil side. 📍Bdul.
