From the first time at Kiyosumi Shirakawa Koffee Mameya🏚️ Different local baristas have always recommended Ash in Shibuya. It is better to try it than to hear it. Finally, I got here two years later🚶🏻♂️ The coffee shop is located on a small slope in a quiet and busy area at the edge of Shibuya📍 The entrance is very low-key with only a sign to let people know that this is a coffee shop⚠️ The store is designed in gray and blue with gray and black floors and marble tables, which makes it look cooler. The model of Morning Coffee and Evening Wine makes the tables and chairs here all designed with high heights👀 There are seven square tables on the left side of the entrance and four seats at the bar on the right. There are also two window seats facing the street🪟 Coffee recipes and techniques here 🧐 Produced by Mr. Takayuki Ishitani, three-time Japanese Barista Championship Champion and 2024 World Cup Barista Championship third place👨🏻🔬 Although the owner was not there that day, the staff was still friendly and spoke good English☺️ I chose a lightly roasted house blend using Ethi and three types of Colombian beans. It is a very satisfying cup of milk coffee with berry flavor☕️ Pair it with the signature tiramisu for a coffee and wine combo🍰 #cafe #trip
