We booked late and only managed to get an 18:00 entry slot, but they allowed us in the morning as well. It's not advisable to buy from scalpers as there's a risk of being denied entry. You can exchange your e-ticket for a paper ticket at the park entrance as a souvenir, with several designs available. Before the ticket check, you can collect a Harry Potter passport at the information desk at the entrance. Inside, you can stamp it yourself using manual embossing machines. There are seven stamps in total, and once you've collected them all, you can find a staff member at the exit to stamp your house crest and receive a house crystal.
