Children's illustrator Beatrice Beatrix Potter mostly drew inspiration from the Lake District as the background for her creation of the Peter Rabbit, and she also lived in the northern part of the Lake District during her lifetime. I must take a cruise around the lake to see the beautiful scenery like postcards when I come here.
