Before leaving Xi'an, you must stay here at least once!

Last week I went to Xi'an and had fun for a few days. This hotel is really amazing! My parents were very satisfied! It's no wonder it's the Xi'an Tanghua Huayi Hotel. The hotel is full of Tang Dynasty style and charm, and the grandeur of the Tang Dynasty is right here, this is the real Chang'an! The prototype architecture of the hotel was designed by Mr. Zhang Jinqiu, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. The architectural complex has been included in the list of 20th Century Chinese Architectural Heritage. Staying here feels like you are in a genuine noble residence of the Tang Dynasty. Once you check in, you are truly a prince. My room was a suite on the first floor, with a balcony that had a small door leading directly to the garden. In the morning, when I went out for breakfast, I pushed the door open and a group of peacocks scattered to make way for me. You heard right, the hotel has raised more than a dozen peacocks, big and small. The staff told me that the young peacocks were born in the hotel last year. Oh! So, they are the real little princes and princesses of this private residence! I was being presumptuous! The hotel's buffet restaurant is on the first floor, and I must say, the breakfast is really good! Everything you would expect is there, and they even offer local Xi'an specialties like roujiamo and hulatang, with a rich variety and great taste. I give extra points to hotels with good breakfasts! The hotel's second-floor restaurant is a Chinese restaurant. This Caifenglou has been honored with the Black Pearl award for three consecutive years. It mainly serves Cantonese cuisine, as well as some local specialties. The food is thoughtful, exquisite, and delicious. I won't go on about the signature pigeon dish, but the seasonal dishes are also very creative. I really like the clay pot series, and I ordered a mandarin fish cooked in a clay pot. The seasoning and cooking were perfect, and even by Guangzhou standards, this dish is top-notch. After eating local Shaanxi snacks for several days, having such authentic Cantonese cuisine really gave our stomachs a break. Yes, tonight we can go for a big barbecue feast again! In summary, this trip to Xi'an was filled with great food and accommodations. Staying here was a wonderful part of the entire trip, and I recommend everyone to experience it!
