| Oceanfront Suite. We came to Xiamen for the Mid-Autumn Festival with our kids and wanted to relax. After all, summer is not complete without the sea! We chose a seaside resort hotel, which is simply a paradise for children. Compared with the Marriott next door, the design of the Renaissance is more stylish, especially the lighting in the lobby at night, which is very much like a small "W". The basic room is also larger than the Marriott next door, with a better visual experience and well maintained. Not to mention the oceanfront suite, which is more spacious than the Marriott's luxury suite, a full 160 square meters! However, there is a slight drawback. Such a large suite actually only has one bathroom, and there are some minor defects, and the layout is a bit unsatisfactory. 🏊The outdoor swimming pool is the children's favorite place. Although the water quality is average and there may be some mosquitoes near the evening, you will reach the beach after passing the rainbow runway. There are crowds of people, and there is also a water sports club next door where you can sail, although the sea water is a bit turbid. 🍽️Breakfast is served in the R.E.N. restaurant on the third floor. You may need to queue up in the morning, but the waiter arranges seats in an orderly manner. The evening buffet is only open on weekends, and the dishes are average, nothing special. I tried the noodle stall, which was the worst I have ever eaten. The waffles were as thin as pancakes. However, the welcoming attitude is very proactive, helping to open the car door, carry luggage, and even help deliver takeaways to the room during the stay, which is commendable. The room department is cleaned meticulously, and even takes the initiative to fold clothes and organize charging data cables. 👣The surrounding Sunshine Town Commercial Street offers a variety of eating, drinking and playing options, and there are some small night markets at night, which are popular.
