Fly into Xiangyang Liuji Airport and take the convenient airport bus or a quick taxi. If you prefer high-speed rail, arrive at Xiangyang East Station, where buses and subways are readily available. Getting around the city is a breeze with scan-to-pay buses and dedicated lines to attractions like Gulongzhong. 🗺Here's my itinerary👇 Day 1: Xiangyang Ancient City - North Street - Han River Night View Stroll along the ancient city walls in the morning, immerse yourself in history, and enjoy panoramic city views. Grab a bowl of Xiangyang Beef Noodles for lunch on North Street—the rich beef broth, chewy noodles, and spicy kick are incredibly satisfying😋. In the afternoon, explore North Street, sample brown sugar cakes, sip yellow wine, and soak up the lively atmosphere. End the day with the breathtaking Han River night view. Day 2: Gulongzhong - Tang City Film and Television Base Visit Gulongzhong in the morning and trace the footsteps of Zhuge Liang. The tranquil mountains and forests are filled with stories. In the afternoon, step back in time at Tang City. Explore magnificent architecture, enjoy captivating performances, take stunning photos in Hanfu, and maybe even spot a celebrity. Day 3: Migong Temple - Weidong Mechanical Factory - Departure Start your day at Migong Temple, admiring Mi Fu's calligraphy and immersing yourself in the art of Chinese characters. Then, head to the Weidong Mechanical Factory, a retro industrial site and filming location for "Hi, Mom." It's a great spot for atmospheric photos.
