Zhongshan | 30 mins away! A relaxing family trip!

I love the slow pace of life in Zhongshan! This weekend, I took my child on a two-day trip to Zhongshan. We had a great time and my child wants to go again! 📝Here's a two-day itinerary for you~ Day 1️⃣ Guangzhou South Railway Station → Zhongshan North Railway Station → Adventureland → Hotel → Walk along the river and enjoy the night view Day 2️⃣ Breakfast → Zhongshan Museum → Xishan Temple → Zhongshan Park → Sunwen West Road Pedestrian Street → Pick up luggage at hotel → Zhongshan North Railway Station → Guangzhou South Railway Station 🏡Accommodation: We stayed at the Sheraton Zhongshan Hotel, the only hotel in Zhongshan with floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic river views. The view is amazing! The hotel is right by the Qijiang River and only a 7-minute walk from the pedestrian street. The surrounding environment is quiet and comfortable. We stayed in an Octonauts-themed room. My child was so excited! The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, and a large bathtub! 🍴Dining: The buffet offers a variety of delicious food, including seafood hot pot. It's perfect for winter! The quality and environment are great, and the price is reasonable. Highly recommended! 👣Nearby attractions: ⭕️Zhongshan Museum: A must-visit for families! No reservation required. Spend 2 hours here. It's a great place to take photos! ⭕️Sunwen West Road Pedestrian Street: A short street with unique buildings on both sides. The pink house "Xiangshan Commercial Culture Museum" is a great place to take photos. The small slope on the side reminds me of Macau! ⭕️Zhongshan Park: Connected to the pedestrian street. It's not very high, so it's not tiring to walk up. ⭕️Zhongshan's three landmarks: On the overpass in front of the Sheraton, you can see the Ferris wheel, clock tower, and Qijiang Bridge. ⭕️Adventureland: A new amusement park in Zhongshan. Free admission 🎫 and a Milk Dragon theme park! Take your child to have fun ⚡️ I love Zhongshan! It's only a 30-minute high-speed train ride from Guangzhou! I was still at the Sheraton Zhongshan at 8 am, and back in Guangzhou by 9 am 😆 Comfortable environment, delicious food, and great photo spots! I'll definitely come back‼️ 📝Tips: ✅Although there are many places to visit, they are all close to each other. You can walk to most of them in 2–3 minutes. It's very convenient, and many of them are under arcades, which are warm in winter and cool in summer. ✅On the first day, we took our child to the new amusement park. It's only a 5-minute walk from the North Railway Station. In the evening, it's only a 20-minute walk back to the hotel. On the second day, we took our child for a leisurely walk to experience the slow pace of life in Zhongshan and try some local food. ✅The hotel is close to Zhongshan North Railway Station, about a 20-minute taxi ride away. 📍 Sheraton Zhongshan Hotel
