Booked this to catch my flight for the next morning, nothing less than what was expected, clean room, friendly staffs and most importantly free transport to and from airport, will consider this hotel again for convenience.

Well located. You can even catch the 272 bus from the airport to the hotel or vice versa. The room very clean and functional as well as comfortable and well ventilated, warm as well in January as snow fell outside. Very helpful staff. Breakfast wide range of choices, very good value.

I spent 4 nights here, only a place to sleep really. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast included, which was a decent continental buffet. Location was great for me, next to the railway station. A subway next to the hotel led to platforms and the main station on the other side of the tracks. Reception is actually on the road above the subway, but there is a paved path , designed for cyclists I guess, which avoids using the steps. Bring your own kettle as none in room. Bed was comfortable and I knew about the lack of wardrobe or drawers. I was on the top floor and had no noise from outside.

Great location if you are just staying to catch a flight. There is a train you can take to the city but this hotel seems to be there for people to just catch a sleep and head back out on a plane to your destination. The staff is very friendly.

On a one night stay, travelling on the luxuria coach with drivers Paul & Paul with Leger holidays on a 16 day Arctic Circle and the land of the midnight sun holiday, this was our last night I have stayed at this hotel before in October 2022 on a previous holiday with Leger, it’s a fabulous hotel, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, TV, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities in the room, bathroom had a bath and a separate shower, excellent housekeeping, everything you needed for your stay, we had a lovely evening meal down in the restaurant, breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice, staff were friendly and helpful, the glass lifts are amazing and the seating area in reception is modern, I enjoyed my stay.

Arrived very late on a coach trip no meal but after a long day just wanted to sleep , cases brought to our room ,bath and a shower lovely hot water , comfortable bed plenty off room kettle coffee but no English tea or sugar , breakfast next morning good but once’s age could have been hotter no English tea at breakfast.

I stayed at the Best Western Hotel Brussels South when returning from Austria on a coach trip. From the outside none of us were impressed, the building looks very austere, but on the inside it has been done up to a very high standard. The member of staff on during the evening was rather rude, but the morning staff were excellent. The room was clean but had some wear and tear showing. The TV had BBC1 and BBC2 listed as available channels but didn't work when I was there, but did have some random English language channels if you absolutely needed them. The room had plenty of charging points, with 1 USB charger under the TV. The bathroom seemed very new, but the shower head was at a fixed angle which meant a lot of spray went straight onto the bathroom floor. Even arriving latish at night the shower had very good water pressure and heated up quickly. The bed was comfortable, but was two singles pushed together so I did find I graviated to the dip between them. The pillows were fine, not the best but also not the worst. Breakfast here was a little choatic, but not as bad as in another Best Western I stayed in. This hotel had a number of coach trips in, and each was given their own time for breakfast - unfortunately some of the later coaches arrived at the first sitting, so the staff did have to rush around to ensure the food was kept fully stocked, but did so with a very friendly manner - especially considering the way some of the travellers spoke to them. Location wise this hotel is about 2 hours from the ferry at Dunkirk, there aren't really any amenities nearby, but there are two service stations close by if you wanted some food in the evening. I'd certainly consider staying at this hotel in the future, more likely on a weekday when there are no coach trips.

Stayed here for 3 nights while attending the F1. The hotel is in a good location, only 10 mins walk to the bus/train station and places to eat. Nice lobby/bar area. We only had breakfast, so we can't comment on other meals, but breakfast was more than enough. Plenty to choose from, hot food, breads, pastries, cheese, meats, waffles etc.., The room was large with plenty of storage space. Fridge is provided and contained a complimentary bottle of water. Tea and coffee facilities are provided with paper cups. They were not replenished during our stay, so not enough creamer to last 3 days. I'm sure they would have been available had I asked, but it would have been nice to have it there when we returned late at night. The shower room was clean and shower gel provided. Nice fluffy towels provided. We had a separate toilet. There are plenty of sockets/USB ports in the room. Choice of TV channels was disappointing but I didn't go to sit and watch TV. Check out was quick and easy.

As a regular visitor to Campanile in Vilvoorde I can only say that the food was magnificent. I stay in Campanile every couple of months for business and when Elvira is cooking in the kitchen the food is always amazing The hotel rooms could do with a a refurb and new mattress but the staff are always welcoming and make the stay enjoyable. Speacial mention to Danson and Lorena

I have stayed in the IBIS Leuven Centrum on business several times. The location is central, within walking distance from the train station and the town, along with the business district. The rooms are not large, but are a good size for a short stay in the heart of the beautiful city of Leuven. Basic and sleek design meets exceptionally clean presentation, and the service is excellent - friendly housekeepers too, and their standards are high. Breakfast is very good, particularly for the price point. The hotel itself is not noisy, but people coming and going can be heard (particularly if they are speaking loudly) and it is possible to hear the TV's from other rooms if their volume is on high, nevertheless the beds are VERY comfortable and I have always slept well here. I look forward to returning on my next trip.

I was a bit concerned when I read the tripadvisor comments before staying at this hotel. Having now completed my visit, I am left wondering if the other reviewers have been to the same hotel. My stay was faultless from start to finish. I got to the hotel from the airport by train. It is two stops from the airport to Diegem station and from there it is a 7-8min easy walk to the hotel. Check-in is unusual because you can do it yourself or you can go to the check in staff. It was easy to do it myself. My room was large, spotless and had almost everything I needed. The only thing I missed was an ironing board, but when I was telling this to a colleague he pointed out that there is an ironing room on every floor of the hotel. Dinner and breakfast were both good quality. Having experienced this hotel, I would happily stay here again.

Very clean and very nice people. Good breakfast in the morning. Family feeling like, it is not în the center of a big City so it is quiet. If you want to go visit Brusselles you have many options - bus, trains, taxi, etc.

Excellent service, specially from the front desk! Clean! Had a greta sleep. I missed my flight and hotel was just want I need at the time. I recommend this hotel to anyone who need to be close to the airport

In my experience hotels such as the Holiday Inn Airport Brussels are few and far between. They were prompt, efficient, had answers to all our questions, and catered to our whims. The lobby/main floor caters to the comforts of their guests with a lounge area, bar area, restaurant area, and an outdoor area. The breakfast and dinner was superb (I had the salmon for dinner). Perhaps an improvement could be made to the three slight level differences in the room as it would be safer for those who are a bit wobbly on their feet.

I was surprised not to have a global lamp button close to the bed that switch off all the lamps at once. (room 303) I had to go to the door, close all the lamp, and return in my bed when all was dark. Very surprised in Marriott ! Normal hotels elswhere and a global switch near the bed.

Very clean and very nice people. Good breakfast in the morning. Family feeling like, it is not în the center of a big City so it is quiet. If you want to go visit Brusselles you have many options - bus, trains, taxi, etc.

Gezellig verblijf met steeds andere personen op 2 dagen tijd. Wel Frans, Engelstalige of anders. Ruime keuken, 2 ijskasten, geen koffieautomaat gevonden. Badkamer was ineens opslagplaats in doucheruimte! Jammer geen airco en tv. Ontbijt was genoeg keuze, heerlijke broodjes en koffie. Buiten praten ging niet na 12u vanwege overlast naar andere gasten. Goedkoop, maar na dit verblijf voor 25€ ( 2pers nacht) meer gevonden eigen wc en douche en uitgebreider ontbijt.

great hotel very close to all the attractions the room was a good size excellent bathroom with large walk-in shower the breakfast was ample and very filling plenty to set you up for the day the hotel was in a very quiet location and has a very large garden it would have been nice to have table service when the bar opens but alas it was just so nice to sit in the peace and profit from the sunshine the actual bar is in the old part of the hotel and was very cosy with a small courtyard to have drinks the staff were friendly hotel was very clean and i highly recommend

This was our second stay at this hotel. This time, we used it as a base to visit Brussels. The hotel is right by the station. Frequent trains to Brussels take about 20 minutes. Leuven is about 15 minutes by train from Brussels Airport. Very good sized room. Clean. Very quiet. No train noise. There is a safe in the room. But, surprisingly, no fridge. Excellent WiFi. Staff are very good. We asked for extra pillows and they were delivered promptly. Comfortable sleep. We didn’t have the hotel breakfast, but Café de la Gare was very good for coffee and croissants. We would definitely stay here again.

Das Hotel liegt nahe der Autobahn und ist gut zu finden. Von außen sehr stylisch anzuschauen. Ein kleiner Shop sowie Starbucks und BurgerKing sind angegliedert. Alles war sauber, die Service-Personen waren freundlich. Man sprach Englisch. Einziges, aber gravierendes Minus-die Klima-Anlage, also kein Fenster, was man hätte öffnen können. Geht gar nicht für Klaustrophobiker und Personen, die sich bei Klima-Anlagen leicht erkälten. Der Preis geht allerdings in Ordnung. Auch ist das Hotel barrierefrei, also auch geeignet für Rollstuhlfahrer.

Hotel di fronte alla stazione e sulla via principale di Leuven. Fine delle cose buone. Camere piccoline e arredate malissimo, Bagn o imbarazzante doccia malfunzionante che si allaga ; TV che va a corrente alternata bloccandosi o non permettendo la visione. Personale che, seppur cortese, sembra sia statto messo li a caso senza la minima formazione. Colazione adeguata ma carente dal punto di vista dell'assistenza per li motivi di cui sopra. Non ci tornerò e non lo consiglio
