El hotel nos gustó mucho, es un hotel con pocas habitaciones, la clásica es justita de tamaño, pero todo muy limpio y decorado con mucho gusto, muy clásico, el baño era pequeño, tenia ducha, pero tenía de todo y todo estaba en perfecto estado. En el desayuno, no sabíamos que los platos calientes, había que pedirlos, no estaba indicado y tampoco nos lo ofrecieron, pero al ver a otros clientes pedirlo, nosotros también lo hicimos, excepto eso, todo fue muy correcto y la atención de los empleados también.

We stayed four nights in The Modernist Hotel in mid October. The location was an easy 20 minute walk from the main train station and centrally located between the water and two interesting neighborhoods. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pleasant and satisfying. I am very sensitive to noise and was bothered by the busy street below. This is very individual. I grew up in New York City and the location would be quiet by NYC standards.

Hotel cercano a la estación en un edificio antiguo de 5 plantas con ascensor .recientemente remunerado pero de manera demasiado austera.habitacion con caja fuerte nevera y aire acondicionado y vistas a la calle a un conservatorio con ensayos de piano continuos,nada desagradable por cierto.faltan enchufes en las mesitas y estanterías en el baño,en la ducha ni una para dejar la esponja poco gel y champú y exceso de toallitas limpia zapatos.desayuno monótono al estilo italiano...bollería envasada y algo de fiambre,café malo y zumo aguado...por lo demás las camas son cómodas pero no las almohadas...para pasar un par de días no está mal.

Hotel accogliente fuori dal centro storico : ottima pulizia , personale disponibile , luogo silenzioso. Ottima la colazione , prezzi in linea con i concorrenti . E’possibile raggiungere il centro sia con il bus che in auto dato che l’hotel si trova nel quartiere residenziale di S.Vito

The hotel is located in the heart of Trieste. Very nice and calm location with elegent interior and kind staff. The room was very clean and spacious, it was cleaned every day. The room temperature was convenient and the air conditioning was not noisy. The breakfast is a fully served one. The concept is nice and we started to like it very much at the end of our vacation. The food was tasty, but the selection was not very large, particularly if you have some dietary restrictions. After a couple of days, you can get bored of the selection.

Unprepossessing 2 star hotel with entrance off street. First floor of apartment building. Rooms fine, nicely decorated air con good bathrooms. TV. Wi fi. Friendly staff. Nice continental breakfast. Key to this hotel is location. Very close to Grand Canal area 1 minute walk. So great for bars restaurants walking down to Olly cafe and ferries to Muggia (7 mins amble,). Have checked out other hotel locations for Trieste visit. Absolutely no. 1. Would stay again.

Delightful staff. We asked for a High, Quiet Room with a Walk In Shower and that is, exactly what we got - Room 304 Wide selection of items at Breakfast. Super staff, after ordering an Espresso on the first morning, one was brought to me without asking each day Whilst I support the Greeks for trying to get their Elgin Marbles repatriated. I doubt the country of origin is asking for the offensive statues of black people by the fireplace in the Breakfast Room. In 2023 positively offensive. They should go. Hotel very well built but now looking tired. A major makeover needed. Drain for our Shower needs bleaching, very slow to drain away. Thanks all for a lovely stay. 5 nights with Riviera and their lovely Courier, Agnes. Hayling Seagoon

I went back to hotel Santin after some years and I was not disappointed, indeed!! I found a freshly renovated Hotel with an astonishing design and high quality services. I moved for three weeks in the hotel with my Family for Christmas holidays. We were treated with a lot of care and we stayed in one of the new suites. Good choice among some Free pay per view channels, amazing breakfast, great room service and the room was perfectly cleaned every day. Paolo and the rest of the crew were always very kind and supportive. I hope to see you again Hotel Santin! 😀

Capodanno 2022/2023. We hebben een heerlijk 8 gangen menu gegeten. Mooie wijnen erbij. Het was voor teveel maar wel erg lekker. Onze complimenten. Ik wist niet dat er Maniago (het geboortedorp vanmijn vade) zo goed vis gegeten kon worden.

Fairly modern hotel with particularly large room. No tea/coffee making facilities but room boasts air-conditioning, safe, bar fridge, small flat screen TV and writing desk. Enjoys a small alcove a step up from the main room with a window capable of being open but non existent view. Has a walkin wardrobe area. Had potential to be the quietest hotel so far (and a top rating) but was spoil by a group of youths occupying adjacent rooms - seemingly not under supervision! Very professional and helpful staff. Excellent bike security with bikes stored adjacent to the hotel lobby. Difficult WiFi connection. Quite good breakfast available from 7.00am.
