PPengguna Tanpa NamaBooked as it I thought it was the best hotel in Tianjin - and got the terrace room and afternoon tea. Honestly the environment is nice, but perhaps unsurprisingly it isn’t up to the standard of other ritz properties. Breakfast was not good - despite being 2x the price of the 4 seasons, afternoon tea was very average (stale). Lots of little details missed (large sauna wasn’t very hot, the bidet in the Japanese toilet installed in the room didn’t work etc.) It’s not worth the significant mark up from the Tianjin 4 seasons and don’t think you’re getting a bargain price for a usual ritz level experience. Still compared to western hotels at the same price range, it’s nice (but you can get a much better deal in Tianjin)

BBritExplorerWe enjoyed our stay in the Shanghai-La and booked an executive room which meant we got the lounge access which is definitely worth the extra.
The service was very good throughout, the room and food were excellent. The spa was also lovely and not too busy. In terms of location I probably wouldn’t stay again as a tourist as it felt a bit further from the popular spots, there weren’t many places a short walk away. However it would be perfect for a business traveller.

可惜旁邊的湖以後都不讓去了，環境優勢會打折，且走廊煙味有點兒大；屋子裡還不錯但明顯舊了，沙發全是線頭，衞生間水龍頭聲音巨大且設計有缺陷特別容易濺出來，其它沒得挑，挺滿意。
樓下的早餐廳人少不用排隊可品種也少，不過有Omelette和現煮的麪，全場就我一個人在吃了也一直補品直到閉餐，服務態度非常好。

PPakteemaThe four season Tianjin has the perfect blend of historic charm and modern facilities. I booked one of their spacious suites, which were decorated beautifully.
I received first-class service from the moment I arrived at the hotel until the moment I left.
Ms. Dephne Ng. , the manger, was very helpful and provided me a warm hospitality. She is very professional and always check if I receive everything I need. I was so impressed with the level of service and attention to detail.
The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. I also appreciated the hotel's location, which was convenient to many attractions and very close to shopping streets, department store and restaurants.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic place with excellent service to stay in Tianjin.

Llin_aprI was amazed by Zhou Zhou’s service. She helped me with directions, food recommendations and my questions to local banks. She’s very patience with me and has been friendly the entire time. I would like to highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family and a big thank you to Zhou Zhou’s hospitality while my stay at Wanda Vista. I’ll definitely be staying there again for my next trip to TianJin.

衞生：衞生也不錯，房間挺乾淨的
環境：周邊有山，環境優美
服務：當天晚上反饋了空調不給力的問題，前台小姐姐看我們帶着孩子還給換了一間親子房，點贊！
雙人温泉:大家記得温泉9點45清場，儘量早些去；家人反饋非常好！
旁邊小童樂園價格實惠，趕上店慶衹要38元，小朋友在裏面玩得非常開心。
整體好評，推薦大家去體驗。
p.s. 本地人説這家是薊縣最好兩家度假酒店之一…

PPengguna Tanpa Nama國慶節帶孩子到天津遊玩，無意中看到的這家酒店，開始還沒敢相信會有不限量的水果和飲品，而且還提供早餐，入住之後發現真的有這些。環境也很乾凈衞生，附近有地鐵站，也有很多小吃店，還有夜市，酒店有免費的停車場，保安和服務員服務也很周到，物有所值。

PPengguna Tetamu天津南駅からタクシーで35分くらいかかり交通の便は良いとは言えません。ホテル自体も古いのですが部屋は広くきちんと清潔で快適な滞在でした。お部屋に24時間入れる温泉付きのヴィラに宿泊したのですが広々とした露天風呂はとても気持ちが良かったです。
朝食は近隣(徒歩2〜3分)のケンタッキーフライドチキンか広東料理のお店の朝食券をフロントでもらって食べに行くのですが、中華の朝粥の定食がとても美味しかったです。
特に素晴らしかったのがフロントの従業員の皆さんで笑顔で親切丁寧に対応して下さったのがとても嬉しかったです。
