First I want to thank Abdullah and Muthana from cloud 7, specially Abdallah for making my stay on of life time. He is amazing the room at al yasmeen building was extraordinary 😍 and he was very generous to offer it for us. I can't give the place or the staff enough words to express my gratitude. Clean 5 stars, location 5 stars, hospitality 100 stars, staff super helpful and kind. Thank-you for making my stay above the expectation 🌹🌹🌹

منتجع جميل كل شيئ متوفر ،العاملين بالفندق بمنتهى اللطف والادب ، سرعة بتلبية الطلبات ، اود اشكر السيد معتصم على حسن الاستقبال ومتابعته لتوفير كل اسباب الراحه للنزلاء وكذلك السيد اسماعيل خواجة لحرصه على اخذ اراء النزلاء بطعام الافطار

Pengalaman daftar masuk hotel secara keseluruhan sangat baik, keadaan kebersihannya baik, dan perkhidmatannya ada. Naik taraf bilik percuma, penerimaan tetamu sangat mengalu-alukan. Lokasinya selesa. Di luar adalah tempat di mana anda boleh membeli-belah. Bilik ini lebih selesa dan hiasannya sangat elegan. Betul-betul di tepi laut, pemandangannya cantik dan sangat disyorkan. Pengalaman daftar masuk keseluruhan adalah sangat baik dan sangat disyorkan.

Lokasi yang baik, kebersihan dan harga. Bilik air sudah usang. Beberapa bilik superior dilengkapi dengan balkoni dan beberapa tanpa balkoni, jadi ia bergantung pada keputusan penyambut tetamu yang memilih bilik tanpa balkoni untuk saya. Mereka akan selalu mengatakan hotel ini telah ditempah sepenuhnya.

Buon hotel con la possibilità di accedere direttamente al mare ed alla barriera. Colazione varia e buona. Il giudizio non può essere ottimo solo per alcuni problemi nella camera. Il frigo inizialmente non funzionava e l'aria condizionata era particolarmente rumorosa essendo impossibile regolare la velocità della ventola. Problemi presi in carico dalla direzione.

Worst hotel I have stayed in. When we arrived , we were told that they were upgrading us to a superior room. 3rd floor, no lifts. Room is sooo outdated paint falling off. TV did not work, let reception know, they ignored it. Wanted to make tea, no creamer or milk, rang reception and they brought coffee and sugar, no milk. Said that creamer and milk would come tomorrow!!. Ridiculous. All staff had a face like they are sucking a lemon. No smiles or helpful. Went to the toilet and would not flush. Called reception who sent somebody who said ‘fixed’. Next trip to loo, not working, so I just lifted the cistern top and yanked it myself , had to do this each time we went to the loo. Went for a shower, no hot water and the pressure was less than the camp at Wadi Musa. Breakfast was appaling where somebody had to cook something. If out of a tin or chopping salad, was ok. Asked for an omelette, the chap put the eggs on the pan and coooked it, then added the onions, tomatoes etc wrapped it and gave me on a plate. I.e none was cooked at all. So nobody has taught them how to cook. The felafel and cauliflower was so oily ,we had to put on serviette and squueze oil out. The potatoes again were so oily bot half cooked. How they can call themselves 4 star I do not know.

اول زيارة لفندق المنارة وكانت تجربة فوق الرائعة انا والعائلة والأطفال معظم الوقت كنا على الشاطئ الموظفون هناك رائعون لم نتوقع هاذا في الاردن مقارنة مع فنادق العقبة افضل فندق سوف نعود بسبب الموظفين جميعهم مضيافين والإبتسامة مرسومه على وجوههم طوال اليوم اخص في الذكر فريق الشاطئ عمير وسيف كانوا رائعين في التعامل في احترافيه ومدير الشاطئ عامر حيث تلقاه أينما ذهبت والسؤال عن راحتنا وعن الاقامه بشكل عام النظافه في الفندق رائعه موظفون الامن شكرا لكم جميعا

مكان اكثر من رائع المكان جميل جدا في كل حاجه سواءاستقبال او خدمه والنظافه والفريق كله متعاون جدا يشعرك انك وسط عائلتك وخاصه الشاب الجميل المحترم على والست ماريا وشام شكرا ليكم جميعا وان شاء الله تتكرر الزياره مره اخري . بلد جميل واقامه رائعه شكرا ليكن جميعا

Good last minute hotel. We were rained out in Wadi Rum, and had to find a last minute hotel for the tour group. This was a decent hotel. The beds were soft! And when we asked for more pillows, they happily brought them to us. We asked for another comforter and they brought that as well. We had an issue with the lamp and a lightbulb burned out, and the front desk immediately took care of the issues. They had a breakfast buffet which was so-so. They had hard boiled eggs...no other option for eggs. And the rest of the buffet was really not to my liking, so I would rate it a one star. Not great, at all. The lobby was nice, except EVERYONE smoked. I am a non-smoker and could not sit in the lobby due to the smoke. The front desk was awesome. Very accommodating with any requests. We wanted to walk about and see the local shops and they drew us a map. Wonderful. Would I stay here again? Yes.
