GGuest UserHotel facilities/location, Staff's customer service and cleanliness/hygiene, and overall experience are excellent.
One area that needs complete change is the buffet breakfast management. Morning buffet breakfast was very chaotic and staff managing breakfast lost control. To name a few areas for improvement, when you walk-in, nobody greeted and seated you, nobody served water or explained the buffet, several food bins were empty, breakfast area was very noisy, guests were coming in and sitting wherever they want, etc. So, I recommend that Manager and team be present at the door, control the entry, staff decide which table to seat them, ask if they want water, coffee, etc., monitor and refill bins timely. In ONE word BF team and manager take control and implement smooth discipline.

Staff were very polite and friendly however quite forgetful on what we ordered with food.
Overall good stay could be improved with more attentiveness from staff.

Location : Excellent, walkable distance to all shopping
Hotel Room : Excellent, with all facilities like a five star hotel, provided complimentary fruit basket
Staff : well trained , very good behaviour, never experienced in any star hotel across the world . Also very polite and helpful.
Excellent ambiance.
Provided complimentary Foot massage for both
Very low priced and value more than what we paid.
Food is very good.

GGuest UserCovered parking needs to improve. Can't have bird droppings over my car due to open air parking. The hand soap, shampoo dispensing system needs to change from the” squeeze” to something better. I'm Not satisfied with the towels (clean but probably are not being replaced with brand new towels for quite a long while).
Expected the experience to be much better from a Marriott bonvoy group hotel. The reception , cleaning staff were attentive and responsive.

GGuest UserGreat hotel with an amazing of the Vijayawada city, also the hotel staff provided great hospitality. The buffet had many international cuisines ***** with other Indian foods. The rooms were also very modern and stylish. The terrace had an amazing infinity pool accompanied by the view of Vijayawada. The hotel staff ***** with their friendliness made this a very auspicious occasion. Great hotel, it is a must visit with your family.

KKickassbongA solid choice for a beachside birthday trip. The location is the real highlight—steps from the sand with fantastic ocean views. The food at the hotel restaurant was very good, and all the staff we encountered were genuinely friendly and helpful. While our room was basic and didn't have a balcony, it was clean and comfortable for our stay. Great value for the prime location.
