Highlights: Introduction to the Three Islands Adventure Project 1. Project Overview The island where this project is located is called Sanjie Island, which is three small islands in the northwest corner of Baima Lake, with a total area of about 55,000 square meters. Sanjie Island is an important node in the Baima Lake water tour line. It takes only 10 minutes to get there by boat from Lizhuang Wharf. We have created an interesting project here, integrating local culture with heterogeneous culture, allowing tourists to experience a unique journey in the beautiful scenery of the lake - Three Islands Adventure: The three islands are Fat Cat Island (26,200 square meters), with stray cats as the theme, highlighting science and nature education; Emu Island (8,870 square meters), with scenic spots inspired by the perceptions of different stages of life, and interesting small animal competitions and interactions; Baima Island (19,500 square meters), with various short-term art exhibitions, and you will be immersed in the atmosphere of music and art when you step on Baima Island. The total investment of the project is about 50 million yuan (excluding the investment in infrastructure construction in Baima Lake). 2. Theme Features Under the main framework of "Three Islands Adventure", we have derived three major themes of the project: the story of life, the local story, and the beautiful life of music and art. "The story of life" is the core value of the project. Through stray cats, a special animal group in the city, we convey respect, acceptance and protection for life. The largest island among the three islands will be built into a cat charity theme island. Visitors can not only interact with cute cats, but also get scientific knowledge during the tour, and experience a natural education and life perception. "Local Story" is an in-depth combination of the project and the history and culture of Baima Lake. Our understanding of local culture is not simply to extract design elements for creative expression, but to truly make local people and things part of the project. The "Dad God" store on Baima Island brings together a variety of local snacks, which are easy to carry and eat. The processing method is creative and the packaging is full of creativity, which makes these original ecological specialties glow with new vitality. At the same time, the "Yunmeng Market" was set up on the island to provide a platform for display and trading for local handcrafters and entrepreneurs with dreams, and to support and incubate local specialty brands. "Music, art and beautiful life" is the atmosphere created by the project. Tourists on the island are immersed in the music, appreciate the ubiquitous artistic creations, enjoy all kinds of special food, and experience a relaxing and pleasant journey. We also hope to convey an attitude towards life. Not only during the tour, but also hope that tourists can enjoy "music, art and beautiful life" every day. 3. Charity characteristics Another important work of the Three Islands Adventure is charity. The heart of doing charity started with stray cats, and it became more firm and clear as the project design continued to deepen. We have reached a cooperative relationship with the Austrian Animal Foundation GutAiderbichl to work hand in hand in animal protection and rescue and popular science education. The Three Islands Adventure Project has established a love fund. All stores under its operation, including all stores and restaurants on the island, and the Souvenir shop of the 73℃ Hot Spring Project, which is scheduled to open at the end of the year, will take out 3% of their turnover and remit it to the love fund. Every year, May 20th, which is the homophonic "I love you", will be our charity day. On May 20th every year, a charity auction will be held, and 3% of the auction proceeds will also be remitted to the charity fund. On the day of the event, the amount of charity funds of all stores in the previous year will be announced, and a donation ceremony will be held. The charity funds will be used to help animal protection and as scholarships for local colleges and universities in Huai'an.
