"When you come to Tusi City, you must watch the performance. My sister is beautiful in singing and dancing. In addition to the Tusi Building, there is also a large back garden and a high-altitude iron cable bridge. You can have more time to play. If you don't have time, you can take pictures of the Tusi Building to see the performance."

Highlights: Enshi Tusi City (the Tusi were hereditary tribal leaders recognized as officials in imperial China) celebrates the Tujia indigenous culture and includes attractions like a gate tower, a Dong nationality wind and rain bridge, the “chieftain's temple,” drill grounds, Tujia residences, the Tusi Castle, and more. The towering city gate, recreated ancient-style bridge pavilion, temple to Tujia ancestral chiefs, exquisite murals and carvings, and Tujia houses on stilts all show the ancient and rich folk tradition of the Tujia people, making this a great place to learn about their history and culture.

Highlights: The Enshi ethnic song and dance show "Xilankapu" is a contemporary city card of Enshi Prefecture, and it is also a large-scale song and dance art work that highlights the charm of Tujia culture. The show was created by director Yang Rong's team. The whole play is based on "a Qingjiang River, a Wuling Mountain, a deep love and a happy brocade" as the creative core, with "Xilankapu" as the main line and the traditional culture of the Tujia people in Enshi Prefecture as the background. Through singing, dancing, scenery, multimedia and other art forms, it vividly displays the history, culture, customs and artistic characteristics of the Tujia people. The overall program quality has been evaluated by the industry and tourists as the ceiling of domestic indoor tourism performing arts projects. The performance of "Xilan Kapu"Duration 60 minutes and is divided into six chapters: Splendid Xilan Kapu, Origin: Mutual Growth of Mountains and Rivers, Voice of the Heart: Love through Folk Songs, Sorrow: Eternal True Love, Harmony: Weaving Happiness and Eternal Xilan Kapu. Each chapter is vividly performed with Tujia folk songs as the carrier. It mainly tells the love story of "Xilan" and "Kapu", two young Tujia men and women, who met, knew each other, fell in love, said goodbye and finally reunited, and the lovers finally got married. This play uses technology to restore the unique Tujia stage setting, integrates Tujia traditional music with modern music elements, and weaves the romantic love story of Xilan and Kapu through the aesthetic feast of the development process of Tujia costumes. In terms of performance, it combines traditional culture with modern technology, and uses a new artistic language to reproduce the thousand-year-old Xilan Kapu cultural totem in front of people. So far, "Xilan Kapu" is no longer just "Xilan Kapu".The 28 ethnic minorities in Enshi find their cultural answers here. The bathing ceremony of the youngest Tujia girl before her marriage is highly restored here, and the consummation of love is witnessed here. The hydrangea in Xilan's hand may fall into your arms here. The unique Tujia crying wedding here will make you feel as if you are in it and be shocked. The cry of "My sister wants to cross the river, who will push me" is played out here crisply. The Enshi ethnic song and dance show "Xilan Kapu" is definitely a cultural feast you cannot miss when you arrive in Enshi!Except for Mondays, the Xilankapu is performed every day at 16:30 and 20:00. The performance venue is the Xilankapu Grand Theater, which can accommodate 1,200 spectators at the same time, and is located in Enshi Xilankapu Cultural Square, which is a landmark of Enshi. Before the evening performance, you can also enjoy the "Xilankapu Light Show" in the square and dance the cheerful waving dance with the local people to have a carnival!
